Preferred style

The ASU preferred style of stationery has a very clean look by centering the logo and information block. This style is suggested for business cards that have long addresses, department names, titles and names. Those departments who use an endorsed brand, can carry the endorsed brand over all pieces of stationery including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, notepads and notecards. Those departments who do not have an endorsed brand use the standard ASU stationery.

Alternate style

This alternate configuration places all information at the top of the stationery, allowing for a less formal appearance and additional space for correspondence. This style is not recommended for long department names, addresses, titles or contact name. It is recommended for people who need more than 2 titles.

Options for single-color or multicolored stationery

It is preferred to use the full color option of your endorsed brand if the cost difference is insignificant. All endorsed brands can be printed in maroon and gold if the cost is advantageous. If using the standard ASU stationery, it is always printed using only maroon and gold.

Double-sided business cards

The ASU business card can be two sided as long as the information is representing Arizona State University on both sides and conforms to the ASU graphic standards. Some examples of usage for the back side of a business card include foreign translations, mission statements of a unit, employees who represent 2 different units, employees who have multiple titles or promotion of sustainability efforts.

Student business cards

Students are not allowed to have business cards with the ASU logo on them unless they are employed by ASU and/or ASU is paying for them.
