Standard Stationery
The ASU letterhead includes the college/school and department/office information and the address block. Include an appropriate web site at the bottom of the address block. University business system does not allow for personalized stationery. For second and subsequent pages, use blank white paper stock.
Standard #10 Envelope
College/school and department/office information, as well as the address block, appear on the front of the envelope. This envelope configuration conforms to U.S. Postal Services bulk mail regulations and includes the Mail Services bar code (shown below, for position only).
Standard Business Card
Name, title, college/school and department/office appear in that order centered under the signature on the face of the business card. The address block, complete with phone, fax, personal e-mail address, and web URL address is also centered at the bottom of the card. Additional information (e.g., building location, home phone number, and professional associations) is not allowed on business cards. Only university employees are allowed to carry business cards that bear any of the university's logos.
The endorsed brand for eligible units may be carried over to stationery and business cards, as well.

Alternate Stationery
This alternate configuration places all information at the top of the letterhead, allowing for a less formal appearance and additional space for correspondence.
